Sevda Karimova is a Femigrant from Azerbaijan. Since joining Femigrants in 2019, she has been contributing to the organization’s marketing initiatives. Sevda is a Portfolio Marketing Director, Talent Solutions at Equifax, leading product marketing campaigns for new products and strategic initiatives. She has over 12 years of marketing experience in the US and international organizations. She has worked with technology companies and startups in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as non-profit organizations in New York City and Washington, D.C. Sevda has wide-ranging skills in market research & analysis, customer development, marketing strategy, product marketing, digital marketing, brand building, and event management. Sevda holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Auburn University and Professional Certificate in High-Tech Product Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley. She is excited to join Femigrants board and support its mission of helping immigrant female leaders become successful in the entrepreneurial and professional arenas in the US.
