Aytakin Aliyeva, The Founder of the Femigrants, hosts an intimate, invitation-only Thanksgiving dinner at her house in Silicon Valley. The event is designed for the founding and loyal community members of the Femigrants Foundation.
This private gathering will forge deep connections while enjoying delicious homemade food and pastries. The dinner will be filled with music, laughter, and inspiring stories from incredible immigrant leaders. The dinner is complimentary, with an option to donate to the Femigrants Foundation to help launch the new “Integration Lab” program.
“The Integration Lab: Cultural & Professional Integration for Immigrants” program includes:
- Launch Community Integration Workshops: guide newcomers through the cultural expectations and nuances of their new communities.
- Establish a Skills Development Program: emphasizes critical areas such as cultural adaptation, effective communication, and building long-term relationships. –
- Develop an Empowerment Hub: offers resources, guidance, and a robust support network to help immigrant participants regain confidence and advance in their careers.
- Host Networking Events: designed to facilitate mentorship and support connections between immigrants and local leaders, easing the transition into new professional environments.
As we gather for this Thanksgiving celebration, we’re reminded of the power of community, resilience, and the incredible journeys each of community member has taken. This dinner is our way of showing appreciation for the members’ dedication to the Femigrants mission and their support in creating a space where all immigrant voices are valued.
