Dr. Oguzhan Atay

BILLION TO ONE | Co-Founder & CEO

Oguzhan was selected as one of the top 25 biotech CEOs in 2022. He received his PhD from Stanford University, and he graduated summa cum laude and PBK from Princeton with a Bachelor’s in Molecular Biology and minors in Physics, Computer Science, and Mathematics.

Billion to One raised $400 million in capital from global, prominent institutional investors and is valued at over $1 billion.

Aytakin (Ika) Aliyeva

FEMIGRANTS FOUNDATION | Founder & CEO

Host of the “Verso Talk with Aytakin” Podcast. Received honors such as the Double Gold Awards at the Women Changing the World Awards 2023 in London, being named one of the Top 25 Female Influencers of 2023 by WomElle, and the 2024 Community Builder Award by KSM.

Previously worked at Fortune 500 tech companies like Instagram, Meta, NVIDIA, and HTC VIVE, contributing to digital and creative marketing teams.

Pradeep Gupta

NVIDIA | VP Gen AI & Accelerated Computing

Pradeep spearheads a WW team of Solutions Architects dedicated to advancing Generative AI, Data Processing, and Accelerated Computing with Fortune 1000 Enterprise customers.

He worked at Infosys Labs, HP, and IBM Software Labs. Pradeep received a master’s degree in research from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore.

Tifanny Odutoye

SHE RISES | Podcast Host

Her mission is to reinvigorate humanity in the workplace and redefine pathways for 1 million women in leadership roles by 2028, by shortening the leadership runway from the front door to the top floor to less than 10 years.

She led the Columbus chapter of Girls In Tech and launched Central Ohio’s first social media conference for women.

Tutti Taygerly

TAYGERLY LABS | CEO

Author of “Make Space to Lead: Break Patterns to Find Flow and Focus on What Matters.” book. A writer whose bylines appear in Harvard Business Review, Business Insider, and Fast Company. 

She spent 22 years as a design leader at Meta, Disney, startups, and top-tier design firms. 

Tutti holds a Symbolic Systems design degree from Stanford University.

Prior to this role, she had the opportunity to contribute to Google’s Ads & Commerce division, supporting their Compute, Network, and Machine Learning needs.

Lisa Siqueira McClure

SALESFORCE | Regional Vice President

A 2x Demandbase honoree for Top Women in Sales and Regional Vice President at Salesforce, I lead a talented team specializing in Revenue and Commerce Cloud to optimize revenue lifecycle management for industries like High Tech SaaS, Manufacturing, and Retail.

Pooja Arora

META | Sr. Director DEI for the Family of Apps

Pooja has over 20 years of experience as an HR executive. Most recently, as a senior director at Meta, she led DEI for the Family of Apps and AI teams.

At Cisco, she led DEI, talent, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness teams. Prior to that, she was the VP of talent and organizational consulting at Aon.

Sophie Ren

Prasun J. Mishra, PhD

M7 HEALTHCARE ACCELERATORS | Impact Investor

Dr. Mishra has held esteemed positions at prominent institutions, including Genentech, Roche, Rutgers University, the National Cancer Institute (NCI), the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the U.S. Government.

His influence extends to the investment realm, where he chairs the World Investors and Entrepreneurs Society (WISE).

Emery Han

PLUG & PLAY | VC Investor

Emery is Head of Innovation on the Brand & Retail team at Plug and Play.

Previously, he was Corporate VP at Digital Domain, a public VFX movie company, and an investment manager at CMIG Capital.

Emery holds a business degree from Stanford GSB.

Serephina Ha

FOUNDER INSTITUTE | Managing Director

Serephina is a VC-baked entrepreneur turned investor, mentor, advisor, and MIT alum on a mission to help founders turn bold ideas into impactful ventures.

She is a Managing Director at Founder Institute, which has incubated over 7500 tech startups.

She also serves as a mentor at MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund, and an advisor at Loyal VC, a global venture fund with 400+ investments across 60+ countries. 

Charu Noheria

WRIETY & PRACTICALLY | Co-Founder & CEO

Entrepreneur India’s 35 under 35 class of 2021. Her company Practically raised $15M in venture capital to improve the rate of retention of concepts among students.

Together with her team, she launched Wriety, an AI white-boarding tool for enhancing productivity and collaboration with the interactive Flat Panel Display market as its first use case.
