Refund Policy for Femigrants Membership
1. No Refunds: All membership packages purchased are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy: Members who wish to cancel their membership must provide written notice of their intent to cancel. However, such cancellations will not entitle the member to a refund of any fees already paid.
3. Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable. Fees paid for a membership package cannot be transferred to another individual or applied toward a different package.
4. Early Termination: In the event that a member chooses to terminate their membership prior to the end of the agreed term, they will remain liable for the full amount of the membership fee. No portion of the fee will be refunded.
5. Exception Clause: No exceptions to this refund policy will be made, including for personal circumstances or dissatisfaction with the membership services.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding the refund policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Femigrants operates. Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
7. Policy Updates: Femigrants reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and such changes will apply to all future transactions.
