Volunteer requirements
Welcome to Femigrants Foundation’s volunteer program! We value your commitment, enthusiasm, and dedication to our mission of empowering immigrant women. As you embark on this journey with us, here are a few key requirements to ensure a seamless and fulfilling experience.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Commitment: Regular schedule and fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
- Skills and Qualifications: Enthusiasm, dedication, and willingness to learn.

- Background Checks: May be required for certain positions.

Graphic Designer
Collaborate with our Event and Marketing teams to design captivating marketing assets, including event flyers, sponsorship packages, and datasheets. Create the overall look and feel of an event following Femigrants Marketing Guidelines.


Event Photographer
Capture candid moments, keynote speakers, and event highlights. Showcase the vibrancy and impact of our community. Your stunning photographs will play a crucial role in promoting our mission of empowering immigrant women.


Community Manager
Attract new members, promote our events and community at local events, and ensure a stellar experience for all community members. Cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, and secure new partnerships for our events.


Event Coordinator
Assist with event support before and during the event, from setting up the venue to checking in guests and connecting with speakers. Depending on the event’s size and needs, contribute to our mission of empowering Femigrants.
*A minimum commitment of 3-6 months is required for a recommendation letter. One-time event participation does not guarantee the issuance of a recommendation letter.
