Our community was founded by Aytakin Aliyeva, who moved to Silicon Valley with just $300, begging for low-income jobs despite her Western education and successful career back in her home country.

She had no access to the global leaders’ networks or financial resources that could accelerate her career or business idea.

Coming to Silicon Valley with big hopes and the American Dream, Aytakin found herself in a devastating position, begging for low-paid jobs in Silicon Valley.

Without connections to guide her path, it took her five years to secure her first corporate role that matched her experience and background. The isolation, rejections, and closed doors she faced became the catalyst for building something transformational.

Born from one woman’s determination, Femigrants has evolved into a trusted global network of accomplished immigrant leaders—united through support, investment, sponsorship, and strategic partnerships.

Now, Femigrants provides global immigrant women with access to Fortune 500 tech leaders, global entrepreneurs, founders, funders, venture capitalists, angel investors, sponsors, strategic partners, diplomats, and government officials through elegant, sophisticated, and memorable event experiences.
