Cohort
—Founders selected through published criteria.
IMPACT AND ACCOUNTABILITY
FemiX tracks readiness, market progress, capital preparation and founder ownership from application through twelve-month follow-up.
Impact thesis
FemiX is built around a simple thesis: strong founders are often excluded by distance from traditional networks, not by lack of potential. Structured preparation and trusted relationships can improve the quality of company decisions, market access and capital conversations. When founders grow, they can hire, mentor, invest and sponsor access for others.
This is the program’s impact thesis, not a claim of causation before evidence exists.
