START HERE

You may be ready for FemiX if…

You are not looking for another general entrepreneurship course. You are building a scalable company and need a more deliberate path into the U.S. market and capital ecosystem.

GOOD FIT

FemiX may be right for you

  • You are an immigrant or international founder building across borders.
  • Your company has a working product, pilot, early customers, validated demand, or meaningful evidence.
  • You are preparing to enter, validate, or grow in the U.S. market.
  • You can commit to live sessions, milestone work, feedback, and consistent execution.
  • You are willing to test assumptions and act on direct feedback.
PROBABLY NOT THE RIGHT FIT
  • You have only a broad idea and have not begun validating the problem.
  • You are looking only for visa support, grants, or guaranteed investor introductions.
  • You are building a traditional local business without a scalable model.
  • You cannot participate consistently or complete program milestones.

WHY STRONG COMPANIES ARE STILL OVERLOOKED

The U.S. market does not automatically recognize what you have already built.

A founder can have deep expertise, a real product, and traction in another market - and still appear early when the company enters a new ecosystem.

Customers and investors need to understand the opportunity through familiar signals: a precise customer, a credible market position, evidence of demand, a focused growth plan, and a clear reason to believe this team can win.

FemiX helps founders translate what is already strong, identify what is still missing, and build the proof required for the next conversation.

Positioning

Your company may be valuable, but the U.S. category, customer, and differentiation are not yet precise.

Evidence

Traction from one market may need to be translated into proof that matters in another.

Capital narrative

Knowing the business is different from communicating it clearly to investors.

Trusted access

The most useful conversations often begin through relevant relationships, not cold outreach.

WHAT CHANGES DURING FEMIX

Five hard questions.
Clearer decisions.
Stronger conversations.

Clarity is not cosmetic. It changes what you build, who you approach, and what they understand about the opportunity.

WHO IS THE U.S. CUSTOMER?

A focused buyer, user, problem, and use case.

WHY THIS MARKET—AND WHY NOW?

A credible market thesis supported by evidence.

WHY WILL THIS COMPANY WIN?

Differentiation, advantage, and founder-market fit.

WHAT PROOF MATTERS NEXT?

The milestones, metrics, pilots, or revenue signals that reduce risk.

WHAT ARE YOU ASKING FOR?

A precise customer, partner, advisor, or investor next step.

THE FEMIX ACCELERATOR

Twelve weeks. Four decisions that move the company forward.

Each phase builds on the previous one. Founders apply the work directly to their companies, receive feedback, revise, and leave with an accountable next-step plan.

  1. Weeks 1–3

    Clarify the opportunity

Define the U.S. customer, problem, category, competitive position, and market-entry assumptions.

    Deliverable: U.S. market thesis
  2. Weeks 4–6

    Build the go-to-market path

Test messaging, channels, pricing, customer discovery, and the first realistic route to U.S. traction.

    Deliverable: focused GTM plan
  3. Weeks 7–9

    Prepare for capital

Strengthen metrics, financial narrative, fundraising strategy, investor targeting, pitch materials, and diligence readiness.

    Deliverable: capital-readiness package
  4. Weeks 10–12

    Practice, connect, present

Refine the story, rehearse difficult questions, build targeted relationship plans, and prepare for Global Pitch Day.

Deliverable: pitch + 90-day execution plan

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

Leave with a stronger company-building system - not another folder of workshop notes.

The work is designed to remain useful after the cohort ends.

U.S. MARKET THESIS

Customer, category, market logic, competition, and entry assumptions.

GO-TO-MARKET PLAN

Priority customer, message, channel, pricing, validation, and traction milestones.

INVESTOR NARRATIVE

A clear story connecting the problem, market, product, traction, model, team, and ask.

PITCH DECK + Q&A

A revised pitch and prepared answers to the questions investors are likely to ask.

FUNDRAISING ROADMAP

Relevant investor profiles, target list, milestones, timing, and outreach priorities.

DILIGENCE READINESS

A practical checklist for company documents, financials, metrics, ownership, and risk questions.

RELATIONSHIP MAP

Prioritized customers, partners, operators, mentors, and investors relevant to the next stage.

90-DAY EXECUTION PLAN

Post-program priorities with owners, deadlines, proof points, and follow-up actions.

*2. Deliverables are developed by founders with guidance and feedback. FemiX does not prepare legal documents or guarantee that materials will result in investment.

THE FEMIX NETWORK

Access should be relevant - not random.

Founders do not need a larger contact list. They need the right expertise, feedback, and relationships for their company’s stage and goals.

Operator guidance

Founders and executives who have built, sold, hired, entered markets, or raised capital.

Customer + partner perspective

Corporate leaders and market experts who can pressure-test the use case.

Investor feedback

VCs and angels who can challenge narrative, milestones, and strategy.

Founder peers

A small cohort sharing feedback, accountability, and cross-border experience.

*3. Mentor, customer, partner, and investor matches depend on relevance and availability. Participation does not guarantee introductions, commercial relationships, or investment.

HOW FOUNDERS ARE SELECTED

Small cohort.
Serious commitment.

FemiX selects founders who can benefit from the program - and who are ready to turn access and feedback into execution.

We do not expect every applicant to arrive with a perfect deck, a Silicon Valley vocabulary, or an established investor network. We do expect clarity of thought, evidence of customer need, integrity, commitment, and the ability to move.

Selection criteria

  • Founding-team strength and commitment
  • Urgency and importance of the customer problem
  • Evidence that the problem is real
  • Market potential and scalability
  • Product, pilot, customer, or traction progress
  • Potential for U.S. market entry or growth
  • Coachability and speed of execution
  • Integrity and responsible company-building

THE APPLICATION

A serious application - but not a test of insider language.

We care more about what you are building, what evidence you have, and how you think than whether you already know how to speak venture capital.

FOUNDER OWNERSHIP

Your company should not pay for access with ownership.

FemiX does not take equity from founders in exchange for participation.

The program is supported through philanthropy, sponsorship, institutional partnerships, and in-kind resources so founders can receive serious preparation and relevant access without transferring ownership to the accelerator.

Equity-free does not mean low-accountability. Founders are expected to invest time, openness, execution, and follow-through.
