IMPACT AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Measure what founders build, change and carry forward.

FemiX tracks readiness, market progress, capital preparation and founder ownership from application through twelve-month follow-up.

Impact thesis

When founders gain credible access without giving up ownership, the value can compound.

FemiX is built around a simple thesis: strong founders are often excluded by distance from traditional networks, not by lack of potential. Structured preparation and trusted relationships can improve the quality of company decisions, market access and capital conversations. When founders grow, they can hire, mentor, invest and sponsor access for others.

  1. 01Preparation
  2. 02Credible relationships
  3. 03Company progress
  4. 04Alumni multiplier

This is the program’s impact thesis, not a claim of causation before evidence exists.

Measurement method

Consistency matters more than impressive-looking numbers.

  • Baseline collected at application or cohort start
  • Program outputs verified by the FemiX team where possible
  • Founder-reported business outcomes labeled as founder-reported
  • Definitions held consistent across reporting periods
  • Denominators and response rates shown with every percentage
  • Sensitive company information aggregated or published only with consent
  • Attribution described carefully; participation does not prove FemiX caused every outcome

  • Report cash and in-kind contributions separately
  • Use consistent program-cost categories
  • Show the approved cost-per-founder methodology
  • Explain donor restrictions or designated program support
  • Separate nonprofit program funding from any future investment vehicle
