Your role in the ecosystem

Find your place in FemiX.

One accelerator. Six ways to help exceptional companies move forward.

Why FemiX

The companies investors want to find are not always in the rooms they search.

Immigrant founders often bring technical expertise, global market knowledge, and the resilience to build across borders. But the U.S. startup ecosystem frequently evaluates more than the company itself.

It evaluates how clearly the founder communicates the market, how familiar the opportunity feels, who is willing to make an introduction, and whether the founder understands the unwritten expectations surrounding customers and capital. FemiX turns that fragmented access into a structured path.

The FemiX accelerator

From global ambition to U.S. market and capital readiness.

During a focused 12-week accelerator, founders work through the decisions, materials, relationships, and practice required for credible conversations with U.S. customers, partners, and investors.

  1. Clarify

Define the U.S. customer, category, competitive position, and market-entry thesis.

  2. Prepare

Strengthen the business model, metrics, financial narrative, pitch, and due-diligence readiness.

  3. Connect

Build targeted relationships with mentors, operators, customers, corporate partners, and investors.

  4. Present

Refine the founder story, rehearse investor conversations, and present at Global Pitch Day.

Who FemiX is built for

Selective by design.
Personal by delivery.

FemiX is designed for immigrant founders building scalable companies with a credible opportunity to enter or grow in the U.S. market.

The strongest candidates will have moved beyond a broad idea: they will bring a working product, early customer evidence, domain expertise, or a clearly validated problem—and the commitment to turn feedback into execution.

Selection signals

  • Strength and commitment of the founding team
  • Clarity and urgency of the customer problem
  • Market size and scalability
  • Evidence of customer need or early traction
  • Potential for U.S. market expansion
  • Coachability, integrity, and ability to execute

*2. Selection is conducted by a review commission of experienced founders, investors, and operators. Sponsorship does not influence admission decisions.

What founders leave with

Not more information. A stronger company-building system.

Every founder should finish FemiX with clearer decisions, stronger materials, and a more intentional path to customers and capital.

*3. FemiX does not guarantee investment, customers, immigration outcomes, or commercial partnerships. It prepares founders for stronger decisions and more credible conversations.

Meet globally experienced founders before the market fully recognizes them.

FemiX gives investors a curated view into immigrant-founded companies preparing for U.S. customers, capital, and scale.

Review selected companies, contribute targeted feedback, attend private founder sessions, and receive introductions aligned with your investment thesis.

*4. Investor participation does not guarantee allocation, exclusivity, or investment outcomes.

For donors and philanthropic funders

Fund the access founders cannot build alone.

Because FemiX does not take founder equity, philanthropic support makes intensive preparation, experienced mentorship, trusted introductions, and investor access possible without asking founders to sacrifice ownership.

Your contribution can fund a founder’s participation, underwrite an essential program component, support Global Pitch Day, or help launch the next FemiX cohort.

Your gift does more than fund training. It helps a founder enter rooms where customers, capital, and consequential decisions become possible.

The platform behind FemiX

Built on years of bringing immigrant talent and decision-makers together.

Femigrants Foundation has created programs and convenings connecting immigrant women and founders with executives, investors, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and global partners.

FemiX turns that ecosystem into a focused accelerator model: a smaller cohort, deeper preparation, more accountable milestones, and targeted pathways to customers and capital.

Why this program exists

Built by someone who had to find this path without a map.

Aytakin Aliyeva arrived in the United States with $300 and no established network. It took years to understand how opportunity moved through the American business ecosystem—through language, credibility, relationships, and access to the right rooms.

After building a career across Instagram, NVIDIA, HTC VIVE, and startups—and creating a global Femigrants community—she founded FemiX to make that path more visible, structured, and achievable for the founders coming next.

“I am building the program I needed when I arrived in the United States with ambition—but no network, no map, and no access to the rooms where decisions were made.” — Aytakin Aliyeva
