Built by Immigrant Women. Powered by Community.

Femigrants exists to elevate immigrant women through leadership, visibility, and access to career and business growth resources.

We Elevate Immigrant Women Through Leadership, Visibility, and Access to Growth Resources.

Our boards and leadership team provide the strategic direction and integrity that make this mission possible.

Our Governance Philosophy

Femigrants’ board structure is intentionally built for clarity, transparency, and long-term impact.
  • Executive Board: Oversees mission, governance, and strategic execution.
  • Advisory Board: Offers external expertise, thought leadership, and strategic alignment.
  • Community Collaborators: Represent the voice of immigrant women in action—driving programs, events, and initiatives from the ground up.
This balance of governance and inclusion enables Femigrants to stay both vision-driven and community-informed—a structure that scales sustainably and authentically.

Board & Leadership

Our boards and leadership team provide the strategic direction, integrity, and partnership that make this mission possible.
  • Empowerment through representation – creating seats at tables that once felt out of reach.
  • Impact through collaboration – uniting expertise across borders, industries, and generations.
  • Integrity through shared purpose – ensuring our work uplifts immigrant women authentically and sustainably.
Join Our Community
Together, we ensure that Femigrants grows with sustainability, purpose, and accountability—while staying deeply connected to the community it serves.
